- Eligibility Criteria
Age:
Candidates of any age can appear for the JEE (Main) – 2025 exam if they have passed the class XII euivalent examination in 2023, 2024 or are appearing in 2025. However, candidates must meet the age requirements of the institutes they wish to apply to.
Examination Qualifications:
- Final examination of the 10+2 system by a recognized Central/State Board (e.g., CBSE, CISCE).
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination by a recognized Board/University.
- Final examination of the two-year course at the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy.
- Senior Secondary School Examination by the National Institute of Open Schooling with at least five subjects.
- Any recognized Public School/Board/University examination in India or abroad equivalent to the 10+2 system by the AIU.
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
- AICTE-recognized Diploma or State Board of Technical Education Diploma of at least three years duration.
- General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma.
- Candidates completing Class XII (or equivalent) outside India or from a non-specified Board must produce an equivalence certificate from the AIU.
- If the Class XII Examination is not a public exam, candidates must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) exam earlier.

- How to Apply
Step 1: Registration Form:
- Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number.
- Provide the required details while filling the Online Application Form.
- Create a PASSWORD and choose a Security Question and enter your Answer.
- After successful submission of personal details, an Application Number will be generated.
- Use the Application Number to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form.
- The Application Number will be required for all future references/correspondence.
- The generated Application Number will be used/referred to for both Sessions of JEE (Main) – 2025.
- For subsequent logins, login directly with the system-generated Application Number and create Password.
Step 2: Application Form:
Log in with the system-generated Application Number and pre-created Password.
- Complete the Application Form.
- Fill in personal details.
- Apply for the Paper.
- Choose Examination Cities.
- Provide details of Educational Qualifications.
- Upload images and documents (if any).

Notes:
- The recent passport-size photograph should be in colour with 80% of the face (without mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
- Ensure all files are clearly legible.
Step 3: Fee Payment
After completing Step 1 and Step 2, candidates must pay the required examination fees. Payment can only be made online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI
Entrance Exam Pattern
Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, while the Drawing Test (Part-III) will be conducted in Pen and Paper Based (offline) mode, to be completed on an A4-sized drawing sheet.
