UCEED Exam 2024  Pattern & Syllabus

Two Parts:

  • Part A (200 marks): Computer-based test (CBT) with three sections:
    • Numerical Answer Type (NAT): 14 questions (4 marks each) on visualization, spatial reasoning, and scientific principles. No negative marking.
    • Multiple Select Questions (MSQ): 15 questions (4 marks each) on observation, design sensitivity, environment, and society. Partial marking for correct answers and negative marking for incorrect choices.
    • Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ): 25 questions (3 marks each) on analytical and logical reasoning, language, and creativity. Negative marking (1 mark) for incorrect choices.
  • Part B (100 marks): Pen-and-paper test with a single subjective drawing question assessing sketching and design communication skills.

UCEED Exam 2024 Syllabus:

The UCEED syilabus encompasses seven key areas:

  1. Visualization and Spatial Reasoning: 2D and 3D object manipulation, mental folding, perspective, etc.
